Founded in 2001, Insight Leadership specializes in helping organizations, teams and individuals discover the most powerful resources within themselves to effect lasting change in their personal and professional lives. The company is led by principals Susan Muck and Patty McCourt, who each bring years of experience and skill in helping others create the positive change they desire within themselves and their organizations. As co-facilitators, they provide a broad range of knowledge and expertise in the areas of personal and organizational transformation. And they share a passion for helping people gain a deeper awareness of themselves — their attitudes, fears, beliefs, and strengths.
Susan Muck
Broadly recognized for her focus and intuition, Susan Muck helps clients identify and address limiting beliefs, attitudes and behaviors that get in the way of creating positive results. Her clients quickly gain an understanding of the core concepts of choice, responsibility and intention as they relate to creating lasting, positive change. And with a focus on the bigger picture, Susan helps them integrate their increased knowledge of self into the larger perspective of personal and business results.
Susan has more than 20 years of experience in design and facilitation of leadership, organizational and personal effectiveness training programs, as well as executive coaching. She works with people from many professions, types of organizations, and backgrounds to create and manage positive change beyond previous expectations.
Susan has completed the Master Program in Enhanced Intuition through the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine and has more than 5,000 hours of intensive training in various Leadership, Interpersonal Communication, Personal Development, and Group Facilitation Skills.
Patty McCourt

Uniquely positioned to become a “member of your team,” Patty McCourt brings to each partnership her valuable business insight, visionary ideas and real-life experiences. Driven by her desire to help people improve satisfaction and performance, she seeks to understand individual, team and organizational dynamics, challenges and successes. She works closely with senior management, Human Resources and Organizational Development groups to create employee engagement and business success.
Patty brings more than 25 years of experience in aligning and motivating employees to embrace their company’s strategic vision and goals. She partners with clients to design and implement a variety of programs that help employees develop the critical skills necessary to build relationships, negotiate difficult decisions and contribute at higher levels.
Patty is a graduate of Martin Seligman’s Authentic Happiness Coaching program; a certified facilitator of Managing Organizational Transition training programs; and a certified trainer of Emotional Intelligence assessments and workshops.
