Strengths Assessment and Training

According to Gallup research, employees who use their strengths in their job everyday are:

  • 44% more likely to work in business units with higher customer satisfaction scores.

Improve Employee Performance and Engagement

Based in positive psychology, this workshop includes an online strengths assessment from the Gallup Organization, along with training on how each participant can leverage his or her unique strengths and talents to increase effectiveness, improve job satisfaction and enhance fulfillment.

During this customized workshop, each team member will receive direct feedback about their strengths and coaching about how to leverage these strengths in their current position. The objective of the training is to assist individual employees to develop new awareness and insight about their own innate abilities and each other’s strengths — building the foundation for a strengths-based culture within an organization.

Capitalize on Team Strengths to Increase Productivity and Teamwork

You’ll also receive a strengths profile for the team, along with information on how to take advantage of individual strengths as the team works together toward common goals. This interactive session helps team members understand and appreciate the unique value each person brings to their collective efforts.

In addition, we’ll deliver information on the positive impact of, and role each person can play in creating a strengths-based culture for the organization. When possible, we recommend this training be held with intact teams and their managers to improve teamwork, performance and efficiency.
